1. Agreement
Using ScreenRun means accepting these terms.
By accessing or using ScreenRun, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement; if you use ScreenRun for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these terms.
2. Accounts
Keep your account accurate and secure.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your sign-in credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Your content
Your work remains yours.
You retain ownership of the images, recordings, documents, videos, and other content you use with ScreenRun. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use that content and for ensuring that it complies with applicable law. As described in our Privacy Policy, project media is processed locally in your browser and is not uploaded to our servers.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully.
You may not use ScreenRun to violate the law or another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service, bypass security or access controls, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse the service in a way that could harm ScreenRun or its users.
5. Plans and payment
Paid access follows the plan you choose.
Prices, features, billing periods, and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through subscription management, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime licenses do not renew. Except where required by law or stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable.
6. ScreenRun ownership
The service and its software are protected.
ScreenRun and its software, design, branding, and other service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of ScreenRun to you.
7. Third-party services
Some features rely on other providers.
ScreenRun may connect to third-party services for functions such as authentication and payments. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8. Availability and warranties
ScreenRun is provided as available.
We work to keep ScreenRun reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Liability
Our responsibility has reasonable limits.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of ScreenRun. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ScreenRun during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
10. Suspension and termination
Either side may end use of the service.
You may stop using ScreenRun at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these terms, create risk or harm, or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Changes
These terms may evolve with ScreenRun.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to ScreenRun, the law, or our practices. We will update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use ScreenRun after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
